CTI' medical motion controller is the most reliable and durable cleanroom motion controller (USB HID game control device) available anywhere in the world today. Its NEMA 4X (IP66) watertight sealing protection resists ingress of liquid or solid debris. What makes the medical motion controller really special is the parylene coating protection that is applied to the white FDA Silicone elastomer, strain relief, joystick boot and knob. On a molecular level, Parylene encapsulates the substrate materials of the cleanroom motion controller to ensure a non-permeable surface to bio-hazardous agents.
The robust design of CTI' medical motion controller is comprised of only three moving parts: the shaft (3/8" diameter solid stainless steel), the spring-guide, and the spring. The two joystick body parts which encase the shaft bearing are secured together by six screws. The four mounting holes have threaded brass inserts instead of just clearance holes, protecting the body from cracking due to stresses caused by the installation, vibration, or shock. Its inductive coil sensor technology cannot be affected by changes in temperature, age, or usage. There is never a "drifting" issue of the calibrated voltage setting as the ratio of coil windings remains constant. When installed in either iridited painted aluminum or the finest grade of stainless steel the medical motion controller will provide 10+ years of reliable service.

Product Information

The NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing F10U0T-NxW Series medical motion controller is an "open frame" offering to Original Equipment Manufacturers. These rugged Medical / Cleanroom Motion Controllers allow for custom OEM button control switches (up to six) to be wired directly to the USB interface PCB. There are four knobs/handles and a few manufacturing options to tailor the device to the requirements of the application, see the technical drawings below.

The white FDA silicone boot, white PVC joystick knob, and blue "left click" button have an impermeable molecular barrier sealing protection obtained from a Parylene C conformal coating process. This hygienic medical motion controller repels infectious pathogens or carcinogenic compounds so that proper decontamination, sanitization, or sterilization procedures can easily remove.

The NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing F60U6T-NxW Series medical motion controller is an "open frame" offering to Original Equipment Manufacturers. These rugged Medical / Cleanroom Motion Controllers have a three (3) button switchpad wired directly to the USB interface PCB. The heavy duty switch PCB is layered with thick "hard gold" contacts and the white three button elastomer has molded "hard carbon" pill contacts that combined have been proven to provide more than 10 years of reliable, maintenance free, service. The white elastomer with its 2mm key travel provides excellent tactile feel, even while wearing gloves. There are four knobs/handles and a few manufacturing options to tailor the device to the requirements of the application, see the technical drawings below.
