Product Information

The F10U0T-Nx Series, OEM USB Joysticks are used as motion controller devices (USB HID Compliant game controller or flight simulator) allowing up to three axis of control.  Using a Windows® Operating System with the Microsoft® HID Driver Interface an Application Developer can quickly implement a motion control application.These motion controllers are made for industrial environments for precision motion control of numerous devices including camera motion control, Stepper Motors, etc. This device also uses the same USB HID Compliant Game Controller technology as a Microsoft Sidewinder®.

The USB FlightStick (flight simulator) is an industrial motion controller device that offers real-time response rates with pin-point precise accuracy for a broad range of application possibilities. These industrial motion controller devices are ideally suited for harsh environments, precision instruments, and restricted spaces. A few of the industries benefiting from the USB FlightStick are aerospace, automotive, medical, homeland security, surveillance, and military.

When mounted to a panel, the USB HID Compliant game controller assembly provides NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing. The USB joystick only requires a 1.65 inch square footprint and 7/8 inch depth for the handle, as the interface PCB can be located 
anywhere beneath the panel. These rugged motion control devices can easily be interchanged with one of ten knob options including one, two, or three axis joysticks.  A few of theseUSB HID Compliant game controllers have one or two NEMA 4 (IP66) sealed buttons in the handle for easy switching or selection of control.

Options include joystick knob selection and custom length cables or special wiring as required.

CTI's custom oem motion controllers are ruggedized to meet aerospace, medical, and military standards. CTI's oem motion controllers can meet MIL-STD-167-1, MIL-STD-901D, MIL-STD-461F, MIL-STD-810G, and MIL-HDBK-217F. These oem motion controllers are able to withstand vibration, shock, high EMI/RFI levels, compliant for humidity, fungus, spray, and MTBF is greater than 100,000 hours.

The F1020-Nx-Pxxxx Model RS-485 Motion Controller Industrial Joysticks are a customized offering for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based upon the applications requirements.  These are proprietary designed motion controller devices that can allow up to three axes of control with multiple user-defined button functions using CTI's NEMA 4 (IP66) sealed switch assembly technology.  More complex designs can use multiple industrial joysticks with multiple intelligent switch assemblies.

The F1020-Nx-Pxxxx Model is an industrial motion controller that offers real-time response rates with pin-point precise accuracy for a broad range of application possibilities. These industrial motion controllers are ideally suited for harsh environments, precision instruments, and restricted spaces. A few of the industries benefiting from the RS-485 serial motion controller are aerospace, automotive, medical, homeland security, surveillance, and military.

When mounted to a panel or into an enclosure the RS-485 serial motion controller assembly provides NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing. All joysticks have a small mounting footprint requiring a 1.65 inch square and 7/8 inch depth below panel.  The interface PCB and switch assembly can be located in any position relative to the joystick. These rugged motion control devices can easily be interchanged with one of ten knob options including one, two, or three axes joysticks.  A few of these RS-485 serial industrial joysticks have one or two NEMA 4 (IP66) sealed buttons in the knob for easy switching or selection of control.

Options include joystick knob selectionNEMA 4 (IP66) sealed switches, RS-422 or RS-232 serial interfaces, custom length ribbon cables, or special wiring harnesses as required.
