NEMA 4X (IP66) Hand Held Industrial Mouse™ with Detachable Cable

Product Information

This series features the Industrial Mouse™ (Joystick Cursor Controller) computer mouse pointer in a space saving, NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed, stainless steel enclosure; designed for hand held or limited space applications. This design is the perfect solution for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged computer mouse pointers or control input devices and near waterproof sealing. The standard Industrial Mouse™ pointers have all the features of the Industrial Mouse™ family; and when combined with the single button N3 joystick knob it can be held in one hand and easily operated with just the thumb. The one button switch or three button switches perform the appropriate mouse functions.

This series features the USB Industrial Mouse™ in a space saving NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed stainless steel enclosure that has a dis-connectable USB cable; designed for rugged use where the cable could become compromised and need replacement. The key feature of this design is a 7 pin NEMA 4 (IP66) connection (Shell) which provides grounding, shielding, and USB signals. 

The stainless steel enclosure with gasket sealed bottom plate has rubber feet. Options include joystick knob and various application specific options including protection against Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) and Radio-Frequency Interference (RFI) signals.

An anodized aluminum M2000 holder is available for convenient storage of the M20Ux-Nx-7P series Industrial Mouse™ computer mouse pointer. The holder has holes for simple screw mounting alongside any machine or cabinet.

CTI's custom plug-n-play pointing devices are ruggedized to meet aerospace, medical, and military standards. CTI's plug-n-play pointing devices can meet MIL-STD-167-1, MIL-STD-901D, MIL-STD-461F, MIL-STD-810G, and MIL-HDBK-217F. These plug-n-play pointing devices are able to withstand vibration, shock, high EMI/RFI levels, compliant for humidity, fungus, spray, and MTBF is greater than 100,000 hours.

Product Information

CTI's rugged Industrial Mouse™ (Joystick Cursor Controller) computer mouse pointers are the most reliable, easy-to-use pointers available. The M20U1-NX Series is designed for hand held or limited space applications, and features a NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed, stainless steel enclosure complete with gasket sealed bottom plate and rubber feet. Its near-waterproof design is the perfect solution for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged computer mouse pointers. 

The standard Industrial Mouse™ pointers have all the features of the Industrial Mouse™ family, and when combined with the low-profile N54 joystick knob option, as shown, it can be held in one hand and easily operated with just the thumb. The extra large sealed switch offers convenience, allowing the operator to quickly perform all mouse functions; even while wearing gloves. 

A choice from eight different joystick knobs allows for unlimited possibilities to suit your application's unique needs. In addition, an optional bulkhead waterproof cable assembly is available for simple installation of the cable through metal cabinets. CTI also offers an anodized aluminum M2000 holder for convenient storage of the M20U1-NX series Industrial Mouse™ computer mouse pointer. Product Information

The workstation/desktop version of the Industrial Mouse™ (Joystick Cursor Controller) has an ergonomic; stainless steel NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed enclosure. This design is perfect for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged Industrial Mouse™ pointers or control input devices. In addition to the three sealed computer mouse switches on the enclosure,the standard industrial computer mouse pointer offers a "point and click" button in the handle.
The stainless steel enclosure with gasket sealed bottom plate has rubber feet and a sealed threaded hole allowing for easy securing to any work surface with just one screw. Options include industrial joystick knob, Serial, PS/2 or USB interface, and an optional bulkhead waterproof cable assembly for simple installation of the cable through metal cabinets.
